Who We Are

Cabin Hill was setup by Pete Rooney, former Rentalcars.com and Beauport Partners CMO. Pete started his career with Rentalcars.com, joining the business as a start-up, with key involvement through the startup ad scale-up process, from Private Equity ownership, to the trade sale to the Priceline Group (Now Booking Holdings). 

As CMO, and member of executive leadership team, Pete was responsbile for all B2B & B2C marketing, customer acsuisition and retention. 

After 10 years with Rentalcars.com, Pete joined the Rentalcars.com founders to launch Beauport Partners, a venture captial firm providing investment and digital support to travel businesses. Investments included the market leaders in the cruise, package holiday, and ferry verticals.

Pete now works with businesses to help support on all marketing and commercial operations, using experience gained from a career in digital marketing in the travel industry.

Over his career, Pete has been responsible for online marketing budgets ranging from £50k to £120m+ annually, and businesseses with turnover from £1m to £1bn.
